Commemoration of the North Sea flood of 1953, where several people are interviewed about the Delta Plan, a.o. mayor Romain of Ouwekerk on the flood and his faith in the Delta Plan, farmer Klompe from Schelpenhoek on Schouwen on the floods and his approval of the Delta Plan, fisherman Minneboo from Veere on the disadvantages of the closing off of the Veere Gat and esquire A.F.C. de Casembroot, Royal Commissioner in Zeeland, on the advantages and disadvantages of the Delta plan.
