National contest for make-up artists in Amsterdam, several are working on male models. They have to do two objectives, one is obligatory and one is free. The obligatory objective is to make the most perfect Napoleon III head, for the free objective the use of fantasy is required. SHOTS: - paint, make up, fake beards and mustaches made of wool are attached to the heads of the models; - the Napoleon company is posing; - beards and mustaches are being removed and the models are transformed for the next objective, amongst the transformed faces is a devil, the dwarf Happy (from Walt Disney's ''Snow White'') and a lightning god; - some free creations posing in cu.
