Unveiling of the statue for Frans Naerebout, celebration of the first Queensday after WWI
Film report of the unveiling of the statue for the pilot and lifesaver from Vlissingen, Frans Naerebout.
A huge crowd marches in a parade to the statue. After the unveiling a choral tribute and speeches are held. Rowing and swimming contests in the harbour, witnessed by thousand of spectators. Also some footage of the square in front of hotel Zeeland where trams depart and a mother poses with her baby.
