For the first time in its existence an airplane of Garuda, the Indonesian airline company, at Schiphol Airport, with on board a.o. the Indonesian minister Iskander of Aviation Affairs as co-pilot. The next day 85 Ambonese leave for Indonesia on the Convair CV 990 Pajajaran, send off by their families.
