The IFAP, an international organization for agriculturists, holds a conference in Scheveningen to discuss the worl food problem. Before the conference an excursion is held through to inform the conference participants about the state of affairs in the agricultural field in the Netherlands. In the Ridderzaal in The Hague they're officially adressed by the minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Supplies, S.L. Mansholt, an the chairman of the IFAP, J. Turner.
