Mayor Ch.J.M.A. van Rooy of Eindhoven kicks off the soccer match for the Coupe Benelux between PSV and Sportclub Anderlecht. By doing this the four lampposts of the PSV stadium are officialy in use. PSV wins the match with 3-1. Also footage of a technician who climbs the lamppost on the inside and checks the lights.
