On the occasion of the Amsterdam Sports Week, in which several sports clubs present themselves to the public, severival festivities take place. SHOTS: - pigeons are released; - a parade promoting several sports moves through the streets of Amsterdam: a.o. walking, greyhound racing, soccer(?), speedway, boxing and fencing; - in the city centre the traditional canal competition for butcher boys on bicycles takes place, including a fall.
